Does a Bot exist for SWTOR?

If your use to playing mmorpgs you know botting is a common thing. If your someone who really can’t devote 18 hours a day to a game how are you suppose to reach that level of greatness that you see others getting? Juggling school, a job and social time can be tough when trying to be a master at the mmorpg your playing but now thanks to SWTOR Mimic you can run this bot to craft/pvp/ level up for you while your out with friends, working, school or even taking a nap. So when you get back to the game its like you never left! this bot is completely undetectable right now because the makers of SWTOR don’t think a bot exists but guess what ? IT DOES

Kaon Under Siege: Free Flashpoint Guide!

Kaon under Siege is a new flashpoint for level 50s introduced with patch 1.1. It has a distinct “zombie” like theme and does differ from some of the previous flashpoints in terms of overall difficulty (bosses have no enrage it seems).

There are 4 bosses in total, one being the bonus boss that drops identical loot to the last boss of the flashpoint (Columi headpiece on hardmode). The bonus boss is quite challenging compared to the rest but the option is there if you want to skip him.

Trash

What makes Kaon under Siege different from other flashpoints is the difficulty of the trash. The first half of the flashpoint has some champion level trash mobs that have quite a bit of health but nothing too difficult.

Once you get to the Rakghoul phase of the flashpoint, trash becomes far more interesting. You need to keep your eyes on the following types of trash mobs.

  • Infected Mercenary: This is a strong level trash mob with the abilityConstrict. This is a channeled ability that will stun one of your party members if not interrupted. When facing with a pack of mobs, killing and interrupting infected mercenary is the first priority or you will run the risk of having your tank/healer perm-stunned unless they can break out using their stun breaker on a 2 minute cooldown. These mobs can also bug out if you kill them before they are interrupted. They can use constrict on a party member even after they are killed if left uninterrupted.
  • Bloated Plaguebringer: This is guy is easy to spot as he is “fatter” than other trash mobs. He will explode with green goo when he is around 10% health, damaging everyone nearby him in a 5-10 m radius for about 40-50% of their health. He should be killed last and lead away from the group to be stunned in place so he doesn’t run back and explode onto the party.

1

  • Infected screamer: This trash mob loves to do a pushback on unsuspecting tanks. For this reason, tanks should position themselves with their back to a wall or something so they don’t get pushed back into another pack of mobs.

First “boss” encounter

There is no actual boss mob in this encounter but rather it is all about survival against packs of incoming trash mobs. There is a turret that one group member (preferably a melee DPS without a lot of AoE attacks) can hop on and shoot at things (don’t need to click on the mobs to fire, just point and the turret will shoot).

Do not hop on the turret right away as doing so will trigger the encounter immediately. There is a pack of trash mobs to the right of the turret that you should clear first. Once that pack of trash is cleared and everyone is prepared, one person hop on the turret while another click on the clickable thingie near the chest to activate a timer.

2

You will get waves of mobs coming at you. At first it is all normal trash that dies pretty easily but pretty soon you will get those “special” trash mobs listed above added to the mix.

As long you kill infected mercenary first, position correctly for infected screamer and kill the bloated plaguebringer away from the group, you should not have much issues here. Remember to fight near the turret so you can AoE down the mobs and prevent the party member on the turret from getting knocked off. Whoever has aggro on the bloated plaquebringer should lead him away from the turret to be stunned and finished off.

The entire fight lasts for about 3 minutes.

Rakghoul Behemoth

He may look big and scary but this fight is actually pretty easy if you have the mechanics down.

If you look around, you will see 4 of these clickable things around the room. They are located at each corner.

3

Clicking on this barrel will cause it to explode and damage any mobs nearby, including the boss.

The basic mechanic of this fight is having the tank kite the boss around the roomand when the boss is near one of those clickable barrels, have another party member click it. This barrel will explode and damage the absorption shield the boss has on himself, allowing you to do significant damage against him. Tank should not get too far away from the boss as the boss will leap to the tank if he/she gets too far away. Beware that the boss can also throw the tank back.

These barrels will respawn after being used thus allowing you to come back to it after you have used up the 3 other barrels. Tank should just kite the boss around in circular path, pathing the boss near each of the 4 clickable barrels. Healer could run ahead to get in position to click the barrels while the two DPS follow the boss along, damaging him along the way. As long the tank is continuously moving, he won’t take much damage from the boss and won’t need much heals. The couple seconds after the boss is damaged by the exploding barrel is when you should maximize your DPS.

4

The boss will enter frenzy mode a couple times past 50% hp. Just try not to get hit by the boss.

Room before the bonus boss

The bonus boss can be spawned by destroying clickable consoles you find throughout the flashpoint. Before you can get to the bonus boss, you will have to get past a room filled with trash mobs that can be a deathtrap for unprepared groups.

5

What I recommend here is hug the right wall and move through the room this way, keeping your back against the wall as there are quite a few infected screamers that can knock you into a nearby group of trash mobs. You can jump up the ledge as need to move forward.

6

Bonus boss: KR-82 Expulser

The bonus boss is actually the toughest mob in the entire flashpoint and its certainly in the same level as some of the tougher bosses in other flashpoints such as Commander Jorland in BP HM or Krel Thak in Ilum HM.

Once again, having a melee DPS heavy group would be disadvantageous for this fight but luckily there is a way around it.

KR-82 has the following abilities

  • Explosive shot: Missile attack with splash damage, spread out. 15 second cooldown. Directed at random party member.
  • Barrage: Channeled missile attack  directed at one person for high damage over a short period of time. Cooldown its 60 seconds.
  • GrappleThis is an AoE grapple that will pull all party members to him unless they are blocked by some obstruction. Party members should run out after being grappled in as there is an AOE proximity attack coming up. Used about every 30 seconds.
  • Energy Shield + Adds: At precisely 66% and 33%, KR-82 will  channel this energy shield on himself for 20 seconds. During these 20 seconds KR-82 will not attack the party.  Immediately after he starts the channeling, he will spawn 3 strong probe adds called Emergency response droids that needs to be controlled or killed off.

The hard part about this boss is the three probe adds that spawn at 66% and 33%. These droids hit very hard and if left uncontrolled they can absolutely destroy the party. These droids spawn exactly where KR-82 stands before you engage him, this means that if you pull KR-82 away from his original spot, these adds will take quite sometime to get to you, giving you more time to manage them (arrow in the picture below points to where the probe adds spawn).

7

Crowd control (CC) abilities works great here if you have two party members that can CC two out of the three probes. The remaining uncontrolled probe can be killed off while KR-82 is in his energy shield phase. You should finish off the two controlled droids as well before the next wave of droids spawn at 33%.

For the wave of adds at 33%, you can kill off one droid, CC the the rest and then just focus on the boss rather than wasting time killing off the two remaining droids.

If none of your party members have a CC ability, you can try to have the adds kited around or  have someone with in combat run speed pull the boss far far away (he doesn’t enrage in hardmode) such that the probe droids will take forever to get to the boss. This allows your party member to simply burn the boss as you can still attack him even when KR-82 has the energy shield up.

Other than the adds, this fight is pretty straightforward but can be a healer check due to all the random damage your party members will receive.

Commander Lk’graagth and goonies

This fight is super duper easy for the last boss of this flashpoint. This encounter comes with 3 bosses, Commander Lk’garaagth (main boss with ranged attack), Chak’aghakh (melee goonie), G’klarg (rakghoul monster thingie that can pin a party member down). Both Chak’aghakh and G’klarg have a buff called Under Ordersand will attack whoever the Commander tells them to.

Shortly after engaging this encounter, you will see an emote text: Commander Lk’graagth has ordered his squad to attack Player X. This is a cue that the two goonies will chase down one person to attack. The good thing is that these two do not hit very hard and can be tanked by pretty much anybody. Tanks should be able to taunt these two goonies off after.

DPS should focus on one of the two goonies and burn one down. After you kill one of them, there will be a wave of plaquebringer adds that come through the door. A few AoE abilities will finish them off quick and the tank can use AoE taunt to gather them up.

9

If you get G’klarg down past 50%, he will howl in pain – marked by the trail of purplish mist behind him. This will increase his damage output so make sure to finish off any plaquebringer adds before this point and healers pay attention to the health bars.

10

Killing off the 2nd goony will spawn another wave of plaquebringer adds – then it is time to finish off the Commander.

How to Create a Guild in SWTOR: Tips on creating a guild in-game

Check out SWTOR Bots for the official SWTOR bot to boost your level and credits to max! Undetectable and wont get you banned! guaranteed!

If you will be playing SWTOR with a group of friends, it makes sense to form up your own guild so you can all play together and take advantage of any guild perks and benefits right from the start. There are two basic ways to form a guild in SWTOR. One is only available pre-launch and you have to be sure your guild is registered with swtor.com‘s guild HQ. This is what we have done for my WoW guild which has many players who will be moving over to SWTOR to play together.

For this option, you need to create an account and have at least four people from your guilf who have pre-orders of the game. These pre-orders will only count if they players who purchased them entered their early-access pre-order code. If you purchased the game and did not redeem your code, you have a limited amount of time left to do so. Go to swtor.com/preorder to register your pre-order code.

If you do these steps, then your guild will be pre-loaded into the game in what they are calling a guild pre-launch process and those of you with early access to the game will get to play together as a guild for up to 5 days before the official launch of the game to the general public. This will happen on December 15th, 2011.

To Create a Guild Inside SWTOR
If you are not able to pre-launch your guild or if the deadline to do so has already passed, you will need to wait until launch (Dec. 20th) and create your guild inside the game, similar to how it is done in other MMORPGs.

You will need:
5000 credits
4 people in group
Then you just need to go to the capital world for your faction in order to create the guild. This will be at:

Courescant- Republic (near the Galactic Trade Network under the senate building’s courtyard)
Dromund Kaas- Empire (at the galactic marketplace in Kaas City)

There is no level requirement as long as you know where to go so even a level one could travel there and form up the guild. You do have to walk past high level enemies though so you will need an escort or you should plan to die a lot along the journey.

Each city has a guild creation NPC that you will need to talk to in order to form your guild. Once formed, the original four signing members will be placed in the guild and you can then begin recruiting/inviting more. Have fun!

The other tip i have is checking out SWTOR Honor Boost, it’s a free program that helps you PVP and lets you PVP warzones even when your not at the computer. It copys your play style and then in return does it when your away from your keyboard. SWTOR professions guide: Crew Missions

WTOR Crew Missions Guide – Overview

The Crew Mission professions is a new feature unlike anything seen in an MMORPG before. There are 4 mission types and you can learn them to be used as a Crew Skill for your professions. Mission trainers are found in the capital city for each faction in the main commercial area. Mission skills have their own level just like a craft or gathering skill. Use these skills to make money, make new items or enchant your gear.

The mission professions allows you to send your companions on mini-quests, which costs credits and time. When they return they mave materials or other rewards from the mission that goes towards your other professions if you picked the ones that go together.

When your leveling, Crew Missions are a great way to earn some extra credit and make use of your companions. To send a companion out on a mission, press the “n” key to bring up the Crew Skills tab, then click on the icon of the Mission next to that companion’s name, select your mission, and then click send. You can also click the icon next to your companions name and choose what you want them to do.

SWTOR Crew Missions List

There are four types of missions that you can learn as one of your three Crew Skills in SWTOR:

  • Diplomacy – pairs with Biochem (provides medical supplies)
  • Investigation – pairs with Armstech (provides researched compounds)
  • Treasure Hunter – pairs with Artificing (provides gemstones)
  • Underworld – pairs with Armormech, Cybertech, and Synthweaving (provides underworld metals and luxury cloth)

Diplomacy

Diplomacy provides three major rewards: light side or dark side points (depending on the mission you select), medical supplies, and companion gifts (note: all missions offer companion gifts as a reward).

Medical Supplies are required by Biochem. The resale value of these is likely not going to be that great because players looking to change alignments will end up with a lot of extra medical supplies they will be looking to high, and Biochems will pick up Diplomacy themselves. Naturally, all Biochems will want to pick up Diplomacy, as you will need the medical supplies to make your better items.

The most interesting thing about the Diplomacy class is that it provides alignment points. If you want to change alignments once you reach max level, you can always pick up Diplomacy and earn points that way. This also can help keep your alignment if your guild is the opposite alignment that you are and you end up losing points every time you raid.

Investigation

Investigation provides three primary rewards: Researched Compounds, schematics, and companion gifts (note: all mission-types can earn companion gifts).

Researched Compounds are the primary reward you can earn from Investigation, and these are used by the Armstech class to create blaster weapons. As a result, all Armstech players will absolutely want to pick up Investigation.

Additionally, Investigation earns schematics, which can be incredibly valuable. As a result, players looking to just earn money or looking for missions to use on their alt should seriously consider Investigation. New recipes are not easy to get in SWTOR, and Investigation makes it a lot easier.

Treasure Hunter

Treasure Hunter provides three primary rewards: Lockboxes, Gemstones, and Companion Gifts (note: all mission-types get access to companion gifts).

Gemstones are used by Artificers for many of their crafts, particularly prototype grade and above. Due to this, all Artifice players need to pick up Treasure Hunter as getting access to the variety of gems you need will otherwise be a pain.

Treasure Hunter also provides Lockboxes, which typically provide credits. Occasionally, there will be a green item inside of the Lockbox, and rarely, you will find a rare item. Generally, the number of credits the lockbox provides is just enough to break even on the mission (if that), so you really need to get the prototype items in order to actually make any credits off this portion of Treasure Hunter.

Underworld Trading

Underworld Trading provides four types of rewards: Underworld Metals, Luxury Cloth, Companion Gifts, and an occasional schematic for customized armor.

Underworld Metals (Armormech, Cybertech) and Luxury Cloth (Synthweaving) are crafting goods and high-demand items, simply because 3 of the 6 crafts use this mission type. As a result, if you are any one of these three crafts, you will want to pick up Underworld Trading.

Underworld Trading is not a bad mission type to pick up at all for earning credits, simply because so many crafts need the rewards it provides. It is not a skill to pick for schematics though – Investigation is much better suited towards that purpose.

Picking a Mission Type & Earning Credits

When it comes to making credits through the mission system, it is possible, but only the most dedicated players will earn tons of credits using missions. The problem is it is very easy to do missions, and you can send multiple companions out at the same time.

Additionally, players are limited to just one craft, which means that most players will inevitably pick up 1 mission skill, especially when you consider some players will skip crafts altogether and just do missions and gathering.

As a result, competition will be intense when it comes to actually making some money from this system. Likely your best bet is to try to break even on most missions and make your money on the rare drops.

Out of all the missions, likely the most valuable trade will be the Investigation missions, simply because they provide recipes for all of the crafts, but only Armstechs need Researched compounds.

Picking the Right Mission Skill

To keep things simple, your best bet is to pick whichever mission type supports your craft. If you are just in it for the money, look to Investigation as this will provide valuable schematics unlike other missions which typically only provide materials that support your crafts.

If you want two mission types as you are not interested in crafting, consider Underworld as a second mission skill set, as the materials it collects are used by the most crafting skills.

However, I think that picking Splicing, Investigation, and Scavenging (two gathering trades and one mission type) is going to be the most profitable for the least amount of effort. While you might not get to be a mega-rich character without crafting, you should be able to at least earn enough credits to buy the gear and mods you want without any substantial effort or concerted farming just by leveraging your crew skills.

Swtor Flashpoint guide: Tips to Athiss levels 21-24

One thing I do want to point out at the start is that the last boss is very hard on healers, especially ones that do not have cleanse/purge of the sort that can remove negative debuffs on party members. Having someone that can interrupt helps too!

Professor Ley’arsha

This is the first boss in the flashpoint. She has 21 k HP and come with 3 adds that have only 1k HP each. She has 3 main abilities.

AoE ground effect: Ley’arsha throughout the fight will put a purple circle on the ground that you avoid you will take damage as the purple circle will soon turn into a poison cloud.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - Professor Ley'arsha

Frontal cone attack: Ley’arsha also have a frontal cone attack which has the animation of shooting a whole bunch of bullets. Whoever stands in front of her when this happens will take damage. DPS/healers should face her back if possible.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - Professor Ley'arsha

Adds: In addition to the 3 adds that accompany her at the start of the fight, she will also summon 2 waves of adds with three mobs per wave. DPS should kill them first and then focus on the boss.

Overall, this boss is quite easy and quick.

The Beast of Vodal Kressh

This is the 2nd boss and he comes with a couple of adds as well that you will need to eliminate. This boss has 31 k hp and is a step up in difficulty from the first one, although not by much.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - The Beast of Vodal Kressh

This boss has 2 main abilities:

Frontal Knockback: Periodically throughout the fight the boss will perform a massive knockback on anything standing in front of him. This knockback can be quite huge and can cause party members to get out of range of healers for heal. Tanks should stand near the temple entrance, against the wall if possible and DPS should stay away from the front of the boss. Healers can distance themselves from the boss and not be affected.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - The Beast of Vodal Kressh

Adds: This boss will also summon small adds throughout the fight. They spawn right by the entrance to the temple and tank/DPS should pick them up asap and kill them as otherwise they could head straight for the healer. The picture below shows you where these adds spawn.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - The Beast of Vodal Kressh

Temple Guardians/Disciples

These are champion level trash mobs. You have to kill quite a few of them (7-8) to get to the final boss. The pattern with them is that usually one of them is stationary while the other one roams around in a fixed path. The stationary one should be pulled away from the path of the roamer as having two of these mobs can be quite difficult to deal with. In case you do get two of them together, one of them should be crowd-controlled (i.e. Sorcerer’s Whirlwind ability) to make it easier on the healer.

Temple Guardians are simple tank and spank trash mobs and there isn’t much issue with them. Temple Disciples are quite nasty. They perform a light strike on the group that damage all group members and can caught an unprepared healer off-guard. Temple Disciple, if pulled together with a Temple Guardian, can wipe out an unprepared party.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - Temple Guardians/Disciples

Prophet of Vodal

This is perhaps the toughest boss you will encounter so far. He has a huge amount of health (60 k) so be prepared for a long fight even with good DPS. He also have several mechanics that can be very stressful on the healer. A healer with purge/cleanse/dispell will make this fight easier. If not then someone who can interrupt will also do the job.

DoT/AoE explosion: About every 15 seconds or so, Prophet will cast a DoT on a random party member called Crushing Affliction that will drain their health and then terminate with an AoE explosion that will also damage nearby party members. If the healer can cleanse this, they definitely should. Unfortunately, the UI makes it very hard to see DoTs like these. Targeting whoever is taking large chunks of damage is good bet as the boss himself doesn’t hit hard.

The icon for Crushing Affliction is a green icon that looks like this. You should be able to see it on the operation/party frames if you look hard enough for it. If you can’t cleanse/purge/dispell, there is no need to look for this icon.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - Prophet of Vodal

If you have someone that can interrupt, you can have them watch the boss’s cast bar and interrupt Crushing Affliction.

This is what it looks like when the DoT explodes.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - Prophet of Vodal

If you don’t have cleanser/interrupter, you will just have to heal through it. Make sure your party members are not too low in health and manage your force or whatever resource you use carefully as it is a long fight.

Flames: The prophet will periodically disappear and then 4 flames will spawn. 2 of them will spawn behind where the Prophet stands when you engage him and 2 of them will spawn near the doorway you entered. These flames cannot be killed and will follow whoever has the debuff. This debuff is called Soul Rend. Whoever has the debuff must run around and not let any of them flames touch them as the flames will damage that person for large chunks of damage. These flames will despawn by themselves shortly.

This is what the flames look like.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - Prophet of Vodal

This is the icon to look for to see who has the debuff and must run around and avoid the debuff.

Flashpoint - Athiss Guide - Prophet of Vodal

Anyways, this is a very tough boss. If you party beat it, give yourself a pat in the back!

In the following video, I healed through this fight without any dispells/interrupts. It can be done, but it is certainly not easy and I had to very careful with my force usage.

Bringing Down the Hammer Flashpoint

SWTOR has finnally released some new features of the game. Similar to World of Warcrafts instances swtor has features called “Flash Points” that will be similar to other games dungeons that you run with your friends. This featured trailer is the “Hammer” a strong arena area made by the Republic in the old war, that they thought was destroyed but it was strangely brought back to life with the help of the bad-guy Advozsec. Check out the video above and you can see what the Instance or “flash POint” will be like. It seems pretty cool and can’t wait to test it out in game.
